According to the Meteorological Department, light rain and snow is expected in some parts of northwest Balochistan, mountainous areas of upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, with cloudy conditions.

Fog is likely in most of the plains of Punjab and upper Sindh, while in some plains of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Weather is cold and dry in most parts of the country while severe areas are likely to be cold.

The areas of Punjab Mianwali, Sharkpur Sharif, Lahore, Gujranwala, Gujarat, Narowal, Sargodha, Layyah, Bhakkar, Khushab, Mianwali, Mandi Bahauddin, Sialkot, Hafizabad, Toba Tek Singh, Jhang, Faisalabad, Okara, Sahiwal, Multan, Bahawalnagar, Dera Ghazi Khan and Rajanpur areas have fog.

In upper Sukkur, Larkana, Rohri, Padiadan and Jacobabad districts, the fog is likely to be foggy at night and early morning, while in other areas the weather will be cold and dry.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather in most districts of Balochistan is cold and dry, while Quetta, Zhob, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, Turbat, Kech and Panjgur can receive light rain and snow.

In most parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the weather will be cold and dry while the upper regions will remain cloudy.

Light rain and snow are likely in Chitral, Swat and Dir districts.

During the last 24 hours, most plains of Punjab and upper Sindh, while some districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa were hit by fog.

The coldest was recorded in Skardu where the temperature was recorded at minus 18 degrees Celsius.
